Employees who are taking route 501, 502, 553, 554, 555 and 556, please be informed that the drivers for these routes will not be using the SWAT application.
How this may impact you:
- You will not be able to see the live location of the vehicle on the day of your ride
- You will not receive notification of your vehicle's ETA
- You will not be required to swipe the boarding pass on the App
However, we seek your cooperation to still make bookings via the app on days you need a ride for data collection purposes.
