What will my journey be like?

Once you have a ride confirmation, be at the designated pickup point at least 5-10 minutes prior to the departure time.

To access your boarding pass, go to Manage Rides or simply tap on the notifications.

You will be able to track the location of the bus 5-10 minutes before the departure time on your ride ticket.

Once the bus has arrived, open your boarding pass and swipe on the bar when it is enabled (turns dark).

You will see your boarding code which matches your Bus ID. Show this code and present to the driver for verification.

Passengers without a valid boarding pass will not be allowed to board the bus.

Notifications for your drop off will prompt you when you are reaching your destination.
