Can I cancel my booking? Is there a time limit for it? Will I be charged?

We encourage you to cancel your booking as soon as you know that if you are not able to

make it for the ride. This will allow the seat to be freed up to serve other passengers. 

Click Manage Rides in your Menu, select your boarding pass ticket and cancel at the bottom 

of the screen.

You will not be charged for cancelling the booking.
