I received a “We’re sorry we couldn’t find you a ride this time” message, why is that so and what should I do?

We would love to arrange your ride home, but there are 2 possible reasons which could have

happened:

1. There are limited seats and vehicles available, due to overwhelming demands, we are sorry that we are unable to serve you this time.
2. Buses may have broken down, we wouldn’t want you to wait too long. Please check your application for any updates. 
3. Buses may have already passed your pick up point
